Mobil Manager's Safety Award

Mobil Manager's Safety Award

Contract Resources at Mobil Refinery were recently awarded the Refinery Manager's Safety Award for 2012.

Altona, Melbourne, Australia

This award was given after completing approximately 48,000 man hours onsite without any first aid/medical treatment injuries. CR was recognised for our proactive approach and involvement in safety improvements, identifying hazards, and heavy involvement in LPS and other safety audits processes.

Susan Skee and Kevin Banks attended the presentation to accept the award on behalf of Contract Resources and appear in the photo with Mr Andrew Warrell - Exxon Mobil Australia and New Zealand Refining Manager.

A lot of hard work was put in by Contract Resources personnel from all sections of the company to achieve this award, so we all should feel proud to be recognised for achieving a great outcome. We should also be proud of the fact that all people who attended work at Mobil Altona, whether on projects, maintenance, or even visiting Mobil, went home to their families in the same way they came to work.
