Contract Resources is a company with an entrepreneurial attitude, a strong “can do” work ethic and genuine team spirit providing specialised industrial and mechanical services to refineries, petrochemical and industrial plants. While we are a global player in this market this position is a key support within the sales team.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Tender and Sales Support Assistant who is willing to support our highly motivated sales team based in South Adelaide. This position will report to the Sales Manager.
To be successful in this role you must
- Be able to demonstrate a solid understanding on documentation reviews (tenders and terms)
- Have experience in a similar environment, possibly in a secretarial or administration capacity within a sales support team
- Be able to develop a rapport with people at all levels
- Work well within a team environment combined with a steady temperament as things can change quickly and regularly in this fast paced team
- Posses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high level of MS Office (word, excel, power point, etc) skills
- Be organised and have demonstrable ability to prioritise your own work
Ideally, the successful applicant will have relevant experience in supporting company internal legal department or sales and may suit a recent graduate.
Successful applicant will be required to complete a satisfactory pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
